Donald J. Siegel, O.D.
 Dr. Siegel brings a unique background
to his practice. He was named as an
Associate Clinical Professor at the
University of Rochester School of Medicine,
and as an adjunct clinical faculty member
at the University of California, Berkeley
and the University of Waterloo.
Dr. Siegel served
as a senior Optometrist at the University of California, San Francisco Medical Center,
where he trained residents in fitting specialty contact lenses and the care of pediatric and adult patients in need of specialized care including infants born with cataracts, and adults with keratoconus and corneal injury. Dr. Siegel has designed and conducted clinical trials for the past 12 years. He conducts clinical studies for both U.S. and international eye care companies. In 2009 we are managing clinical trials on a new high oxygen contact lens, toric soft lenses, and a new glaucoma measurement device. Dr. Siegel is an invited speaker at the major Optometric meetings and has lectured over the past two years at the American Optometric Association, The American Academy of Optometry, The Arizona Optometric Association and The Alameda Optometric society. Dr. Siegel has also lectured internationally at The Chinese Academy of Optometry and the British Contact Lens Association meetings.
