Donald J. Siegel, O.D.

Dr. Siegel brings a unique backround to his practice. He was named as an Associate Clinical Professor of the University of Rochester School of Medicine and as an adjunct clinical faculty member at the University of California Berkeley and the University of Waterloo.

Dr. Siegel served as a senior Optometrist at the University of California, San Francisco Medical Center, where he trained residents in fitting specialty contact lenses and the care of pediatric and adult patients in need of specialized care including infants born with cataracts, and adults with keratoconus and corneal injury.

Dr. Siegel has designed and conducted clinical trials for the past 15 years. He conducts clinical studies for both U.S. and international eye care companies. In 2009 he managed a clinical trial on a new high oxygen contact lens, toric soft lens, and a new glaucoma measurement device. Dr. Siegel is an invited speaker at the major Optometric meetings and has lectured over the past five years at the American Optometric Association, The American Academy of Optometry, The Arizona Optometric Association and The Alameda Optometric society. Dr. Siegel has also lectured internationally at The Chinese Academy of Optometry and the British Contact Lens Association meetings.


Tawny K. Walrath, O.D.

Dr. Tawny Walrath obtained her Doctor of Optometry degree at the Southern California College of Optometry where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She has practiced at the VA Los Angeles Ambulatory Care Center, Naval Hospital Lemoore, and Optometric Center of Los Angeles where she managed some of the most difficult emergency and chronic eye health conditions. Dr. Walrath's clinical experience has emphasized primary and emergency eye care and ocular disease conditions for all ages. She brings to the practice significant experience in the treatment and managemant of ocular diseases, dry eye conditions, contact lens fittings and vision therapy.

Dr. Walrath has had the privilege and honor of serving our country as an active duty optometrist in the U.S. Navy stationed at Pearl Harbor. She served as adjunct clinical professor to optometry students from several colleges of optometry. She was deployed on a humanitarian mission aboard the USNS Mercy Hospital ship providing eye care to people in Vietnam and Cambodia.

Dr. Walrath is committed to life long learning and staying current with the latest developments in eye care. She is a member of the American Optometric Association, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry.

Danielle, Licensed Optician and Optometric Tech

Danielle is an ABO and NCLE certified optician and Arizona State Board Licensed. She has been in the field of opticianry for 18 years and has vast experience in lens edging, frame selection and finding which lenses are best suited for your prescription and lifestyle needs.  Danielle has attended Vision Expo West for continuing education and staying current on the latest frame trends and evolving lens changes.

Danielle has enjoyed assisting Dr. Siegel and Dr. Walrath as a pre-tester, scribe and is adept at performing Tonometry, Visual Fields, OCT and Fundus photos.

Danielle is a native of Wisconsin and looks forward to cheering on her Green Bay Packers.
